Meditation Virtual Concert Series: Gratitude

- Online Events Category
About
To celebrate Mental Health Week, ASO is proud to present our Meditation Virtual Concert Series, a collection of six online concerts, each designed around a theme to lift spirits and provide a space for reflection.
Now more than ever, it is important to put aside time to look after our mental health. Former ASO Managing Director and experienced meditation practitioner Rainer Jozeps has provided an introduction to each virtual concert to help you get the most out of the experience.
Set aside ten minutes today to pause, recentre, and welcome the rest of the day with tranquillity.
Mental Health Week is an annual event that aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing. For more information and mental health support services, please visit Mental Health Coalition of South Australia here.
